XAUSTINTOWN — The marriage of Bree Danielle Sharp and Matthew Lee Jackson was solemnized by Pastor Paul Toelke at 1 p.m. July 21 at Grace Lutheran Church.

A reception was held afterward at St. Mary’s Banquet Hall in Boardman for the daughter of Richard and Judy Sharp of Lisbon and the son of Wendy L. Jackson and Daron and Sarah Jackson, all of Leetonia.

The couple left for Fall Creek Falls State Park in Pikeville, Tenn.

Since their return, they live in Leetonia.

The bride wore a strapless white satin gown enhanced with a lilac sash, and completed her ensemble with a shoulder-length veil gathered to a jeweled floral headpiece.

Lilac-colored gowns were worn by the bride’s sisters, Heather Sharp of Lisbon, the honor attendant, and Valerie Medure of Leetonia, the bridesmaid. The flower girl was Taylor McClish of Salem.

Performing the duties of best man was Eric McClish of Salem, and groomsman was Salvatore Raneri of Leetonia. Ring bearers were Garrett and Wyatt Medure of Leetonia, nephews of the bride, and ushers were the bride’s brother-in-law, Jeffrey Medure, and Frank, Michael and Justin Medure, all of Leetonia, and Josh Davis of Lisbon.

The bride graduated from Ohio Valley College of Technology in East Liverpool as a dental assistant. She is employed at South Mill Pet Care in Boardman.

The groom served with the U.S. Navy from 1993 to 1999 and is a technician with Tolson Comfort Systems in Salem.
