Indictments

A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted these people, who will be arraigned at 10:30 a.m. Friday before Judge John M. Stuard:

Delshaun Lemont Allen, 23, Warren, possession of cocaine with cash forfeiture.

Matthew A. Faber, 29, Jamestown, Pa., aggravated vehicular assault while driving under the influence, and vehicular assault while driving recklessly.

Sheila L. Bailey, 43, Warren, petty theft, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathaniel L. Bailey, 21, Youngstown, improperly discharging firearms at or into a habitation with a firearm specification; having a weapon as a convicted felon.

Ashley Binion, 23, Warren, complicity to burglary.

Andrew J. Redmond, 23, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs; burglary; possession of criminal tools; breaking and entering.

Wynette L. Jackson, 50, Warren, deception to obtain dangerous drugs (three counts).

Jovan P. Vaughn, 26, Cortland, assault (two counts).

Christopher S. Jackson, 43, Warren, possession of cocaine.

John R. Dohn, 46, Cortland, criminal damage; criminal mischief; criminal trespass.

Anthony Santone, 30, Newton Falls, carrying a concealed weapon.

Wilburt V. Tolley, 21, Austintown, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, remanded to lower as a misdemeanor.

Ronald M. Lewis, 27, Girard, trafficking in marijuana (three counts); trafficking in marijuana with a gun specification.

Reginald D. Scrivens, 18, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.

Joseph R. Shuttleworth, 21, Warren, theft (two counts); breaking and entering.

Barbara K. Shuttleworth, 38, Kinsman, forgery; theft.

Nichelle Lynn Binion, 29, Warren, possession of cocaine.

Eric C. Hinkle, 29, Warren, possession of cocaine; receiving stolen property (three counts).

Ricky Doolittle, 41, Warren, possession of drugs, remanded to a lower court as a misdemeanor.

Kelly M. Hartford, 30, Warren, possession of cocaine.

Francis W. Blinsky, 60, Columbiana, carrying a concealed weapon (two counts); improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle (two counts).

Morwan Shehadi, 54, Bazetta, theft; forgery; unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Cody Beemer, 18, Warren, burglary; receiving stolen property; forgery (two counts).

Ezra A. Spicer, 21, possession of cocaine with cash forfeiture.

Jessica S. Sweeney, 18, Leavittsburg, theft.

Alphonse V. Hogan, 32, Warren, possession of cocaine.

Dominic E. Sarno, 24, Girard, domestic violence, remanded to a lower court as a misdemeanor.

Derek A. Blackburn, 36, Boardman, theft; burglary (three counts).

Shawn T. Neilan, 26, Warren, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
