OSU student from Girard to dot ‘i’ at game

GIRARD — Jordan Rader of Girard, a student at The Ohio State University, has been selected to “dot the ‘i’” when the OSU marching band takes the field Saturday during the OSU-Michigan State University football game in Columbus.

Being selected for the task of “dotting the ‘i’” when the band spells out the word “Ohio” is considered an honor and is given to upperclassmen.

Rader is a fourth-year member of the band and is majoring in geological science.
