Kinsman sets candidates forum

KINSMAN — A candidates forum is scheduled for 8 p.m. Monday at the Kinsman fire hall on Ridge Road. The event is sponsored by the Kinsman Area Business and Professional Organization, the Kinsman Fire Department and its ladies’ auxiliary.
