• Ohio Cultural Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. Nov. 5. at St. Charles Church hall, 7327 Westview Drive, Boardman. Bishop George Murry will be the speaker, and soloist will be Dorota Sobieska, accompanied by her husband, Jacek Sobieski. The meal will be catered; the cost is $13 for each paid up member and $18 for each nonmenber. Reservations must be made by no later than Oct. 31.
• Poland Women’s Club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the home of Linda Weaver. Co-hostesses are Pat Granitto, Carol Morris, Lori Stone and Carolyn Thompson. Program will be a holiday auction, the annual fundraiser.
• Warren Women’s Connection is sponsoring its “Country Fair” luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 12 at Aulizio’s Banquet Center, 4395 Youngstown-Warren Road. A silent and live auction will feature new items, gift baskets, crafts and baked goods. Guest speaker and soloist will be Terri Sevinsky. Cost is $10 per person.
