Vindicator sports writer John Bassetti has been on a hot streak; two weeks ago he went 17-3 and last week he correctly picked 18 of 20 winners in the Vindicator’s weekly Pigskin Pick ’Ems contest. The two week hot streak has moved Bassetti into a tie for sixth place in the overall standings with Vindicator sports editor Rob Todor, but they still remain a distant seven games off the pace set by Vindicator sports writer Tom Williams and WFMJ sports director Dana Balash. Three-time defending champion Joe Scalzo is two games off the pace and starting to sweat.
