Rayen School will auction memorabilia

YOUNGSTOWN — If you are a graduate of The Rayen School and would like a memento from the building on Benita Avenue before it is razed, now is your chance.

The school district will have a public auction at the school at 9 a.m. Oct. 27 to sell off various items before the building is torn down. It will be replaced by a new middle school on the same site. The district had a similar auction at Woodrow Wilson High School in late summer. It is also being replaced by a new middle school.
