Niles police investigating death threat at middle school

NILES — City police are continuing their investigation of a death threat this week at the middle school that resulted in an hourlong pupil lockdown.

Capt. Chuck Wilson said today no weapons were found Tuesday during a check of lockers and trash containers and a sweep of the outside groups.

Wilson said someone had written in pencil on a second-floor boys’ restroom, “All will die.”
