In only evaluaton, Webb scores 6.9 on scale of 1 to 9

YOUNGSTOWN — Dr. Wendy Webb, Youngstown schools superintendent, has had just one job performance evaluation done by the city school board.

On a scale of 1 to 9, with 9 being the highest, she rated an overall 6.9 composite score from the board in the review done in 2005.

Individually, board members rated her overall performance from a low of 5.6, which was at the higher end of the “satisfactory” range, to a high of 7.8, which was in the middle of the “commendable” range.

Each board member rated her in six categories, and their ratings numbers were combined into an individual composite score for each category.

None of the board members gave Webb a composite unsatisfactory mark in any of the categories.

The individual composite scores of the seven board members were then combined into joint composite scores for each category and into a final overall rating.

Webb said at the time that she was pleased with the results but thought she needed to work harder.
