Liberty leaf collection dates announced

LIBERTY — The leaf collection in the township will be done in two phases. The first phase will take place Nov. 28 and include all residents south of Church Hill Road. The second phase will take place Nov. 29 and include all residents north of Church Hill Road. Only township-issued biodegradable plastic bags or paper yard-waste bags will be collected with only leaves and no trash inside. The bags must be tied with no tape, strings or staples used. Paper bags must be left open. Bags must be placed near the road by 7 a.m. of the collection date.
