Fires set in Youngstown apartment

YOUNGSTOWN — Multiple fires were set inside a vacant upstairs apartment at 930 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard around 4:45 p.m. Sunday, the fire department said. Bystanders told firefighters that the apartment had recently been raided by police for drug activity. Damage was set at $3,000.
