Interactive workshop at Villa Maria

VILLA MARIA, Pa. — A one-time interactive workshop, “Creating Change: A Gift to Myself,” will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 27 at Villa Maria Community Center.

Conducting the workshop will be Nancy Christie, a national author and personal growth facilitator, who will demonstrate how to set intentions for the holidays through journaling; Diane Zarlingo, CEO and founder of Mama & Me, who will demonstrate relaxation techniques using botanical products; and Dr. Angel Ricculi, chiropractor, who will provide tips on nutrition and stretching.
