Will Boardman become a city?

BOARDMAN — Could it be the city of Boardman?

Jason Loree, township administrator, was to present a proposal to trustees this week regarding the steps required for incorporation.

The proposal was prepared by Kent State University’s Center for Public Administration and Public Policy. It puts the cost of an incorporation study at $19,410.
