Police are looking for the man responsible for Subway robbery.

LIBERTY — Police are looking for a man who robbed the Subway restaurant on Belmont Avenue here at gunpoint Wednesday.

According to police reports, an employee at the restaurant told police a man with a gun came into the store just after 10:30 p.m. while she was washing dishes. The man is said to have demanded cash then ordered the employee into a restroom and fled the restaurant.

Police searched the area, but could not find the man.
