SALEM — Sisters Amy and Katie Scullion plus Sarah Brobeck, Allison Ward and Taylor Toothman helped give the Quakers the outright Metro Athletic Conference championship. Amy Scullion had one ace, 15 kills and one block while Katie Scullion had eight aces, five kills and one block for coach Don Conser’s Quakers (19-0, 13-0). Brobeck contributed three aces, nine kills and one block. Ward had 10 kills and two blocks while Toothman had 32 assists. For East Liverpool (7-13), Rachel Klink had 19 points and four kills while Meredith Jones had 17 points and two kills. JVs: Salem, 25-21, 25-19.

HOWLAND —Katlyn Flick had six points, one ace, eight kills, two blocks and four digs to lead Howland (17-3, 11-2 MAC). Taylor Summerfield had six points, three aces, one kill, 19 assists, two digs and four saves while D.J. Hromyak had nine points, two aces, three kills, nine assists and two digs. For Niles (7-14, 4-9, Allie Moss had five points, two aces, two kills, six assists and four digs while Lindsay Bates had two points, five kills, two assists and three digs. POLAND — Kaylee Luklan had two digs, two aces, five points, 19 kills and one block. Rachael O’Hara had 35 assists, two aces, 13 points and three kills. Amanda Colonna added three digs, five aces and 18 points while Kelsey Owen had seven points and 13 kills to bolster the Cardinals (12-9, 9-4). For Poland (10-8, 8-5), Jill Wollet had 16 points, seven aces, 20 assists, eight kills and 11 digs. Katie Pompeii chipped in with 12 points, two aces, 11 digs and six kills while Lauren Tadla had five blocks and nine kills.
