Fashion lecture at Sutliff Museum
WARREN — Anne Bissonnette, curator of the Kent State University Museum, will present “Victorian Tea Gowns and How Modern Fashion Evolved from Them,” at the Sutliff Museum at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. For her lecture, Bissonnette will draw on her extensive background in fashion design and her study of costumes, textiles and history. Attendees are invited to bring one or two antique garments, pieces of jewelry, or accessories for Bissonnette to help identify and discuss.
