XYOUNGSTOWN — The outdoor wedding of Rebecca L. Watson and Eric P. Wojtowicz, both of Weathersfield, took place at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 1 at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park.

The Rev. William Ritz officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of James Watson of Coraopolis, Pa., and Sandra Watson of Struthers and the son of Edward and Mary Lou Wojtowicz of McDonald.

The couple accepted congratulations afterward during a reception in their honor at Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

They spent their honeymoon at Myrtle Beach, S.C., and since returning, live in Weathersfield.

Beads and pearls enhanced the brides strapless gown, and the skirt flowed into a chapel train.

Hyacinth-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Carrie Limberty of Struthers, and the bridesmaids, Laura Racz of Austintown and April Wevers of McDonald.

Edward Wojtowicz of McDonald served as best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Craig Wojtowicz of Edinburg, Pa., a cousin of the groom, and James Wevers of McDonald. Ushers were Rocco Graziano of Youngstown and John Jersenski.

The bride received a degree in community health from Youngstown State University and is a medical assistant with Advanced Dermatology in Boardman.

The groom is a union carpenter with Stuart Construction in Farmdale.
