Floryjanski 50th marked at Mass, family dinner

XSTRUTHERS — Honored Oct. 6 during a Mass at St. Nicholas Church were Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Floryjanski of Struthers, who were observing their 50th wedding anniversary.

After the ceremony, a family dinner party was held in their honor at Donavito’s Italian Grille.

Hosts for the occasion were the couple’s children and their spouses, Mark and Mary Jo Floryjanski of Venice, Fla.; Vickie and Rod Klem of Columbiana; and Janine and Leonard Ferro of Struthers; and the couple’s five grandchildren, Zachary, Lukas and Melissa Ferro and Rebekah and Rachel Klem.

The former Patricia Baron and Mr. Floryjanski were united in marriage Oct. 5, 1957, at St. Nicholas Church, where they are members.

Mrs. Floryjanski retired in 1994 from Struthers Board of Education, where she was an administrative secretary.

Mr. Floryjanski, a Korean War veteran, retired in 1990 from Struthers Fire Department where he was an engineer, and in 1999 as the owner of Struthers Chair Rental. He is a member of Elmton and Tanglewood golf leagues.
