‘Connection’ guests

YOUNGSTOWN — Members of the Newton Falls Firefighters Ladies Auxiliary will be the guests on the “Community Connection” show Sunday to discuss the 18th annual Chili Cook-Off.

Larry Moliterno, CEO of Meridian Services Inc., will to discuss the Valley Impact Awards, featuring Dr. Lonise Bias, mother of basketball great Len Bias, who died of drug related causes in 1986, two days after being signed by the Boston Celtics. The swards honor individuals who have made a significant impact in our community. “

“Community Connection” airs at 6:30 a.m. Sunday on WFMJ-TV 21, and rebroadcasts at 7 p.m. Wednesday on Time Warner Cable Channel 15 in Trumbull County.
