XBOARDMAN — Meghan Babyak, a daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John Babyak, all of 3945 Albany Court, Canfield, and Patrick Riley Jr., 27 Lightning Lane, Brimfield, a son of Dr. and Mrs. Patrick Riley, 1378 Fox Chase Drive, Akron, were married Aug. 11 at St. Charles Church during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony performed by the Revs. Edward Noga and Philip Rogers.

After a reception at Mr. Anthony’s, the couple left for a honeymoon at Riviera Maya, Mexico. Since returning, they live in Streetsboro.

Adorned with beaded Alencon lace, the bride’s white strapless sheath gown featured a dropped waistline and a chapel train.

Spice-colored gowns with tulip-colored sashes were worn by the honor attendant, Joanne Petrella, and the bridesmaids, Bridget Klingbeil, Tara Tozzi, Jordan Dunn, Kelly Schuller, Allison and Alexis Deacon, Elizabeth Rondinelli and Darcy Riley. Flower girls were Katie and Kathryn O’Horo.

Best man was Matthew Riley, and groomsmen were Will Riley; J.D. Danny and Ryan Babyak, Ryan DeGeorge, Chris Smith, Clint O’Brien, and Tom Kerr. Ring bearer was Kolby Soles.

Mrs. Riley, a second-grade teacher at Seton Catholic School in Hudson, graduated magna cum laude from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She is pursuing a master’s at Walsh University.

Mr. Riley, graduated cum laude from JCU with a bachelor’s in biology. He is a fourth-year medical student at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
