Businessman faces sex-related charges

YOUNGSTOWN — More sex-related charges have been filed against Daniel Tatarciuc, a 56-year-old Glenwood Avenue businessman. Tatarciuc was arraigned today in municipal court on two counts of sexual imposition. He will be back in court Oct. 24 for a pretrial.

He is accused of pinching the buttocks of a 15-year-old boy who was working for him at Paul’s Grocery, 1133 Glenwood Ave., on Sept. 13. Tatarciuc, who has a small trailer behind the store, was arrested there around 3:15 a.m. Sunday.

Tatarciuc already has a sexual imposition case pending in municipal court that involves a woman who worked for him at the convenience store. He has similar charges pending in Struthers Municipal Court that involve two Campbell women, a customer and a job hunter, who encountered him at a 12th Street restaurant in Campbell that he operated.
