VFW Post 2799 Auxiliary selling auction tickets

NEW SPRINGFIELD — Auxiliary to VFW Triangle Post 2799, 3161 E. South Range Road, is selling tickets for a Chinese auction drawing to take place at 7 p.m. Dec. 13.

Items for the auction have been donated by area merchants and will be displayed at a breakfast to be held from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday and a Dec. 13 spaghetti dinner, both at the post.

Proceeds will be used for donations to the Salvation Army and to benefit local residents and veterans with crisis needs.
