Leetonia girls top Lake Christian, 31-20

LEETONIA — The Leetonia High School girls basketball team built a 31-20 lead by intermission and Lake Christian couldn’t recover as the Bears went on to post a 48-38 victory Monday in a non-league game.

Lynsie Davis sparked Leetonia (3-0) with 12 points. She grabbed six rebounds and had three steals. Clarissa Perkins pulled down nine rebounds and Erin Lamb made two assists.
