Presentation of awards to be held at luncheon

BOARDMAN — The presentation of awards will be a highlight of a holiday luncheon to be held by Mahoning County Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board on Dec. 7 at the Holiday Inn. The social will begin at 11:30 a.m. with the noon luncheon to be followed by the program.

The Doyle O. Houston Excellence in Service Award will be presented to a volunteer who has provided outstanding service and support of abuse treatment and prevention services in Mahoning County.

Also recognized and receiving the Professional of the Year Award will be an employee who has provided distinguished service and support.

The cost for the luncheon is $20 and checks or money orders should be made payable to Mahoning County Treasurer and sent to the services board at 20 Federal Place W., second floor, Youngstown, OH 44503.
