Man faces new charges in fatal shooting

ERIE, Pa. (AP) — An Erie County man accused of fatally shooting another man is facing new charges.

Terry Sherlock, 33, of Corry is charged with murder and related charges in the death of 28-year-old Kenneth Himrod on Tuesday morning at Himrod’s Union City trailer. He had been charged with homicide.

Himrod was shot 10 times in the head and neck. He was being investigated on allegations of molesting Sherlock’s son. Police say Sherlock told them he would kill Himrod because he felt that investigators weren’t doing enough.

District Attorney Brad Foulk says that isn’t justification.

Sherlock’s wife, Crystal Sherlock, is charged with hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence.
