Correction

In an editorial congratulating Bishop George Murry on his election to secretary of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishiops on Friday, we incorrectly reported that Murry served as an Oblate missionary, vicar general of the Oblates and archbishop of Chicago. Those positions were held by Cardinal Francis George, who was elected president of the Conference of Bishops last week. Murry had served as auxiliary bishop of Chicago.
