Man indicted in fatal traffic accident

WARREN — A 38-year-old Campbell man has been indicted by the Trumbull County grand jury on several charges stemming from a fatal traffic accident.

Steven W. Mayberry of Chamber Street was one of several people indicted Tuesday. They will be arraigned at 1 p.m. Nov. 30, before Judge John M. Stuard of Common Pleas Court.

The jury also indicted 12 people secretly and their names will not be released until they are arrested.

Mayberry was the driver of a car that collided June 30 with a sport-utility vehicle in Niles, killing his passenger, Kelly Fierman, 29, of Lincoln Avenue, Struthers. Three people in the SUV were injured.

Mayberry was indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, four counts of aggravated vehicular assault and leaving the scene of an accident.

Maryanne Gerasimek, 64, of Niles, grand theft; tampering with records (six counts).

David Donofrio, 57, of Bristol, felonious assault.

Ann M. Lipscomb, 40, of Warren, possession of heroin.

Jason Orr, 29, of Warren, possession of heroin (two counts); aggravated possession of drugs.

Ryan M. Chapman, 23, of Warren, possession of cocaine (two counts); receiving stolen property; theft from the elderly.

Rita Jordan, 33, of Youngstown, forgery.

Jackie M. Henderson, 20, of Warren, possession of cocaine.

Thomas A. Schmitt, 32, of Niles, failure to comply with the order of a police officer; receiving stolen property.

Stephen Townes, 40, of Warren, failure to comply with order of a police officer; receiving stolen property.

Ashley N. Simeon, 20, of Sharon, Pa., receiving stolen property; attempted misuse of a credit card.

Clarence L. Glover III, 20, of Warren, possession of cocaine.
