INDICTMENTS Mahoning County

A grand jury has indicted the following people:

Superseding indictment: Reshaud Biggs, 21, East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated murder, attempted murder, abduction with a firearm specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm. Also, superseding indictment: Darrin Davis, 18, East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated murder, attempted murder, abduction with a firearm specification.

Biggs and his stepbrother Davis are accused in the Dec. 30, 2006, shooting death of Anthony Perez, 31, of Youngstown and the wounding of his brother while they were detailing a car on the South Side. Police have said there was an argument over an accusation of theft of a car.

Superseding indictment: Gregory Dew, 46, Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, 15 counts, gross sexual imposition, three counts rape. The chiropractor has been fired from his job at a Trailwood Drive business.

Superseding indictment: Derry L. Johnson, aka Derrilyn Johnson, 44, Alameda Avenue, Youngstown, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, robbery, felonious assault with a firearm specification and repeat violent offender specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Gabriel Mobley, 29, Sunshine Avenue, Youngstown, being a felon in possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property.

James L. Johnson, 33, West Judson Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

John D. Druzinsky, 40, Rockdale Avenue, Boardman, two counts burglary, two counts receiving stolen property.

Kenneth Banks Jr., 26, North Gray Avenue, Youngstown, three counts, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Jake W. Turner Jr., 50, homeless, breaking and entering.

William D. Allen, 20, Idlewood, Youngstown, and Quinton L. Jones, 18, East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, robbery.

Andre T. Bankston, 20, Westchester Drive, Austintown, cocaine possession, marijuana trafficking.
