New candy store opens
at Austintown location

AUSTINTOWN — Casey Candies has opened at 5462 Mahoning Ave. The store features chocolates from Daffin’s in Sharon, Pa., and a variety of locally made gifts.

Heidi Rhodes, store owner, said she named the shop after her daughter, Casey. Rhodes is married to Rob Rhodes, owner of Hutz Sign Co. in Youngstown.

Internet auction service
sets up shop in Warren

WARREN — Easy Auctions, an Internet auction service, has opened at 169 W. Market St.

For a fee, the company’s staff lists items on eBay. Michele Nicholas, company president, said the staff can list a variety of items, including furniture, appliances, antiques and jewelry.

One of a Kind to hold
grand-opening event

WARREN — A grand-opening event will be from noon to 7 p.m. Sunday for One of a Kind Florals & Designs, 2815 Youngstown-Warren Road.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 1 p.m. The store is owned by William and Marie Baldwin.
