Farmers National
declares 16-cent dividend

CANFIELD — Farmers National Banc Corp. has declared a dividend of 16 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Dec. 31 to shareholders of record on Dec. 14.

Dominion customers
can have power restored

CLEVELAND — Dominion East Ohio said residential customers whose gas service has been disconnected or is in danger of being cut off may restore service or avoid disconnection. Special winter heating reconnection procedures are in effect through April 15.

Customers can maintain gas service, or have it restored, by choosing the lowest cost of the following options: pay the entire past-due balance shown on the bill, pay past-due default amount if a customer is on a special payment plan or pay $175. If a customer’s service has already been disconnected, the customer must pay $175 and a reconnection fee.

To take advantage of the reconnection procedure, customers should call Dominion at (800) 950-7989.

First Niles Financial
declares dividends

NILES — First Niles Financial has declared a dividend of 16 cents a share on its common stock and 17 cents a share on its preferred Class A stock. The dividends will be payable Dec. 21 to shareholders of record on Dec. 7.
