Nov. 9
Theft: A Dover Road woman reported a $350 women’s bicycle and a lawn ornament stolen from her front porch.
Theft: A Boardman woman discovered $180 missing from her purse while at a Boardman-Canfield Road eatery.
Theft/criminal damaging: Someone broke into and damaged a coin-operated washing machine at a Lemans Drive apartment complex before removing money.
Burglary: A Huntington Drive woman realized someone entered her vehicle in her garage and took three credit cards, $200 and a cell phone.
Theft: Police arrested a 30-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after a $12 pair of shoes was stolen from Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road.
Possible theft: A woman reported her driver’s license lost or stolen while in the 6100 block of South Avenue.
Theft: An Austintown man, 20, was charged after a worker for Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road, reported a case of employee theft. The man was accused of stealing numerous items, including video games, and placing them in a locker.
Breaking and entering: Police reported a break-in at an Ohio Edison Co. building, 6415 Southern Blvd., after finding a door standing open. Nothing appeared to have been stolen, however.
Theft: Two Youngstown girls, 12 and 16, faced charges. The teens were accused of taking about $200 worth of women’s clothing from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Breaking and entering: A Boardman man, 20, was booked at the Mahoning County Jail on a warrant charging him with the crime after someone had entered a McClurg Road business through a window and stole five computers, five printers, various hand tools and an air compressor.
Arrest: Cleveland police handed a 30-year-old Cleveland man to Boardman authorities. He was wanted in he township on a felony count of identity fraud.
Identity theft: A Tippecanoe Road man found out his personal information had been used to open a cellular phone account without authorization. The victim reported receiving a collection notice regarding a past-due bill.
Theft: A Stadler Court man said he loaned a license plate to a friend, who failed to return the item.
Nov. 10
Arrest: While responding to a neighbor complaint at a Sierra Madre Trail residence, officers arrested a 38-year-old resident on charges of disorderly conduct, menacing and obstructing official business. The man had shouted obscenities at a neighbor and refused to cooperate with police, the report said.
Theft: A man reported the theft from his car of two outside window visors while at a Boardman-Poland Road business.
Menacing: An Ivy Hills Drive man reported getting three harassing phone calls; in one, the caller threatened to come to the man’s home and kill him.
Burglary: A man in the 4500 block of Southern Boulevard noticed someone entered his residence via a side door and took a cell phone, an Xbox 360 game system and three Xbox games.
Theft: A Newton Falls woman, 45, faced a theft charge. She was accused of stealing three purses, a bracelet and another item from Sears in the Southern Park Mall.
Domestic violence: Officers arrested a 55-year-old Salinas Trail man at his home on a domestic-violence charge. The man’s wife alleged he threatened her.
Fraud: A Rosewood Avenue woman discovered a $150 unauthorized debit on her account.
Theft: A Boardman woman returned to her car from a South Avenue store and discovered a cell phone missing.
Theft/criminal damaging: A Boardman-Canfield Road woman discovered a driver’s-side window to her vehicle had been broken. Stolen were 300 compact discs, a car stereo and a laptop computer, resulting in an estimated $4,400 loss.
Vandalism: An employee with a Boardman-Poland Road business reported a rock was used to damage a truck’s front windshield. Damage was around $500.
Theft: A man discovered money and prescription drugs were taken from his car while he was at a South Avenue restaurant.
Criminal damaging: A man came out of a South Avenue store and noticed a tire on his vehicle had been slashed.

Theft: A Masury woman, 32, faced a theft count after three articles of clothing were taken from the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall. The theft came to $112.
Theft: A Boardman man, 26, and a Warren man, 44, faced theft charges after a $200 cast-iron table and chair were removed from Sateri Homes Inc., 960 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Arrest: A traffic stop near Shields Road and Market Street led to the arrest of a 29-year-old Boardman man wanted on charges of obstructing official business and disorderly conduct.
Theft: A Cathy Ann Drive man reported five gold bracelets and a gold pendant missing from his bedroom, resulting in a $950 loss.
Theft: A West Boulevard woman reported the theft of $100 and a two-piece running suit from her apartment complex’s laundry room.
Fraud: An Orlo Lane man found out someone tried to steal money from him by sending fraudulent money orders in exchange for cash.

Theft: A motorist pumped $55.28 worth of gasoline at a Get Go station, 480 Boardman-Canfield Road, and drove away without paying.
Domestic violence: Officers picked up a Huntington Drive man at his residence on a warrant charging him. Earlier, a family member received injuries to her left elbow, chest area and left hip after having reported being a victim.
Theft: A 19-year-old Youngstown woman was accused of stealing five pieces of merchandise from Wal-Mart and faced a theft charge.
Arrest: While answering a call about a man harassing customers at a Boardman-Canfield Road restaurant, authorities arrested the 24-year-old man, no information given, on one count of disorderly conduct.
Theft: A driver failed to pay for $45 of gasoline before leaving a Get Go station, 480 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Criminal damaging: A student at Boardman High School, 7777 Glenwood Ave., found on his vehicle a damaged door lock, apparently after an attempted theft.
Criminal damaging: A man in the 5000 block of Southern Boulevard found that someone cut wires to a trailer.
