CANFIELD

Nov. 5

Possession of a deadly weapon: A Canfield High School male student had a 123⁄4-inch long knife with a 71⁄2-inch blade in his car and a pack of opened rolling papers in his possession. The items were found in a car parked at the school, 100 Cardinal Drive.

Nov. 7

Identity fraud: A 27-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on charges of falsification and identity fraud, and his female companion, 18, was charges with falsification and obstructing official business. The man was using his brother’s identification.

Nov. 10

Burglary: Golf clubs and a bag were reported stolen from a home in the 300 block of Hilltop Boulevard.

Nov. 6

Weapons: A knife was carried into school by a female student at Austintown Middle School, 800 S. Raccoon Road.

Animal complaint: A dog attack on another dog was reported to police at a home in the 300 block of N. Edgehill Ave.

Nov. 7

Recovered property: A 20-inch red bicycle was recovered at Lynn Kirk School, 4211 Evelyn Road.

Theft: Two were issued summonses in thefts at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: $36.87 in fuel was stolen from Certified Oil, 825 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: The victim left a wallet at the checkout counter, and it was stolen at Wal-Mart.

Criminal damaging: A window was broken at a home in the 1000 block of Laurie Drive.

Theft: A juvenile female was caught stealing at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

Nov. 9

Criminal damaging: A mailbox post was broken at a home in the 40 block of South Anderson Court.

Disorderly conduct: A man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct in the 3600 block of Mahoning Ave.

Theft: An unlocked vehicle had items stolen from it at a home in the 1000 block of N. Four Mile Run Road.

Theft: A 42-inch plasma television was stolen from a home in the 600 block of N. Meridian Road.

Criminal damaging: An outside light was broken at Trumbull Industries, 1040 N. Meridian Road.

Fraud: $5,300 was paid for a Cadillac purchased on the Internet, and the car was delivered with no title at a home in the 5000 block of Pine Shadow Court.

Theft: An elderly victim had checks written out to another individual at Knight Tower, 107 Westchester Drive.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at Infocisions, 5749 Interstate Boulevard.

Criminal damaging: A deer decoy was decapitated at a home in the 400 block of N. Turner Road.

Aggravated menacing: Telephone threats were made to a home in the 1000 block of Countryside Drive.

Weapons offense: An accidental discharge of a weapon caused damage to a home in the 4000 block of Alderwood Drive.

Criminal damaging: A security light was broken out at Trumbull Industries, 1040 N. Meridian Road.

Theft: Five checks were stolen from a home in the 60 block of Rosemont Ave.

Theft: A Samsung cell phone was stolen from Gavos Sports Bar, 3661 Mahoning Ave.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A 2004 Ford Focus was used without authorization, and a woman is a suspect. The vehicle was taken at an apartment in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.

Burglary: A 27-inch television and money were stolen from an apartment in the 4000 block of S. Raccoon Road. There were no signs of forced entry.

Theft: A stereo and compact discs were taken from an auto parked in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Possible explosive device: Aluminum nails in a glass bottle with an unidentified green substance was found at a home in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.

Criminal damaging: Thirty feet of lawn was damaged at a home in the 2000 block of Vollmer Drive.

Theft: A door window was damaged and sun glasses were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Aggravated robbery: A delivery driver was robbed of $130 in the residential 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
