EVENING OF GIVING To benefit nonprofits

An Evening of Giving on Sunday at the Southern Park Mall will benefit area nonprofit organizations and the Simon Youth Program.

Entertainment: The ROCcK Children’s Choir will perform vocal selections from its new CD, “ROCcK — Compilation of Talent Donated for Cancer,” which will be available to buy. The choir will be in the corridor in front of Macy’s. Award-winning artist and writer Chris Yambar will autograph copies of the “LIFE MAXX” comic book, which will be released at the event. This is the first comic book written about a superhero who is also a cancer survivor. Sales of “LIFE MAXX” will benefit the A Way With Words Foundation and the ROCcK Children’s Choir.
