New Castle parade set for Thursday

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — The New Castle Light Up Night parade will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday downtown. The parade kicks off the holiday season with area high school bands, floats and a fireworks finale. The Westminster Cable Network will provide live television coverage on Comcast channel 20 and new Wilmington channel 9. The parade is sponsored by the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.
