WINNING PHOTO: This photo of the Students Against Destructive Decisions chapter at Choffin Career & Technical Center in Youngstown took third place in a national “empowerment” SADD photo contest and can be found on the national SADD Web site. Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams, center, with guidance counselor Lori Sakacs, standing next to him at right,and counselor Kim Moore, off to the left, joined the students for the photo shoot. The chapter was formed just last school year.
