United way plans family night event

YOUNGSTOWN — A special performance of the musical extravaganza, “Miracle on Easy Street,” will be presented on Dec. 13 as a benefit for local programs funded by the Youngstown/Mahoning Valley United Way.

A pre-event reception for sponsors and guests will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will include refreshments and an opportunity to meet stars of the show. Children can participate in face painting and coloring stations and have pictures taken with Santa. Festivities will continue with a performance of “Miracle on Easy Street” at 8 p.m.

Tickets for the reception and preferred seating for the performance are $50 for all ages. For the performance only, tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and students, and $12 for children 12 and under.
