All state offices: closed.
Federal offices: closed; no delivery of regular mail.
Schools: Many schools are closed, but Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese are open.
Universities: Youngstown State University and Kent State University’s Trumbull Campus, closed.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA), closed.
Public libraries: Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, closed; Warren-Trumbull, open.
Stock market: Butler Wick & Co., open.
Banks: Chase Bank, Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, First Place Bank, Warren, Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Huntington Bank, Austintown, Key Bank, closed .
