Tour of homes in East Palestine

EAST PALESTINE — “Christmas With a Small Town Charm” is the theme chosen by East Palestine Town and Country Garden Club for an annual Christmas Home Tour to be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Guests will have the opportunity to visit the following themed homes:

• Denny and Mary Kay Manley, 85 Stacey Ave.

• Michele Eddy, 521 E. North Ave.

• East Palestine Memorial Public Library, 309 N. Market St., where old and new mementos will be displayed, cookies and punch will be served in the community room, and cookbooks will be sold by East Palestine Friends of the Library.

• James and Carrie Huff, 648 Park Ave.

• Jim and Mary Ann Tyger, 756 Pine Tree Circle.

Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at the homes or at D&D’s Restaurant, Flowers Straight From the Heart and The Sunflower Seed. Wreaths will be sold at Unity Grange, where lunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
