Commissioners OK $45,000 for Belleria loan
WARREN — The Trumbull County commissioners have approved the county’s contribution of $45,000 toward a $90,000 low-interest loan to Belleria Pizza, 20 North Main Street, Hubbard, to relocate and expand in the city.
The county’s $45,000 comes from federal loan money the county received years ago. The other half comes from a consortium of local banks.
In exchange for the loan, the company has pledged to hire four full-time workers and 20 part-time workers by the third year of its relocation.
The new location is bigger and will allow customers to dine in, said Mark Zigmont, the county’s economic development coordinator.
