The following personnel moves have been announced locally:

HEALTH CARE

Humility of Mary Health Partners made these moves:

Donald Kline of Wexford, Pa., has been appointed senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for HMHP and divisional chief financial officer for the northeast division of Catholic Healthcare Partners. Kline earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He had been vice president and chief financial officer for the Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver, Pa.

Cathy Tolbert of Cortland has been appointed senior vice president of nursing and clinical services and chief nursing officer for HMHP. She earned her registered nurse diploma from the Trumbull Memorial School of Nursing, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Youngstown State University and her master’s degree in nursing from Kent State University. She had been senior director of nursing at St. Joseph Health Center.

Mary Lou Clatterbuck of Cortland has been appointed executive director for long-term care for HMHP. Clatterbuck earned her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. She had been director of Humility House, HMHP’s long-term care facility in Austintown.

Lydia Merva of Campbell has been appointed nurse manager of the progressive intermediate unit at St. Elizabeth Health Center. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Penn State University. She had been a case manager for St. Elizabeth.

Amy Sproviero of Girard has been appointed nurse manager of the orthopaedic/trauma unit for St. Elizabeth Health Center. She holds an associate degree in nursing from Kent State University. She had been a nurse coordinator at St. Elizabeth.

Nina Hutnyan of Canfield has been appointed nurse manager of the cardiovascular/electrophysiology lab at St. Elizabeth Health Center. She holds a registered nurse diploma from the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in nursing from Kent State University. She had been a performance improvement manager for heart and vascular services at St. Elizabeth.

Michael McClead of Sharpsville, Pa., has been appointed manager of nutrition service at St. Joseph Health Center. McClead earned a bachelor’s degree in safety sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He had been assistant director of nutrition services for Sharon Regional Health System.

BANKING

The Home Savings and Loan Co. has named Thomas M. Gacse of Canfield as vice president and assistant general counsel. He had been legal counsel for Huntington National Bank. In addition to attending Banking Law School at the George Mason University, Gacse earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from the University of Akron.

EDUCATION

National College has named Michael Lyons of Youngstown as community resource coordinator for its Youngstown campus. Lyons works with local employers and government agencies to provide enhanced workforce skills.

MANUFACTURING

Brilex Industries has hired Steve Davinsizer as vice president of operations. He had worked at Bricmont Inc., where he had worked in sales, engineering and operational management.
