YOUNGSTOWN — The Snoop Block Watch will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Brownlee Woods Presbyterian Church, 1970 Everett Ave., on the South Side. Councilman-elect John Swierz, D-7, will attend to discuss neighborhood issues.
