REUNIONS | Former classmates plan get-togethers

• Chaney High School Class of 1948 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Nov. 13 at Molly’s Restaurant on Salt Springs Road. Plans are being made for a 60th class reunion. • East High School Class of 1954 will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Johnny’s Restaurant on Market Street. Spouses are welcome.

• East High School Class of 1957 will have a Christmas get-together at 6 p.m. Dec. 11 at Johnny’s Restaurant on Market Street in Boardman. Those interested in attending should call Sandy Del Plato Shellito at (330) 534-1298 or Carmel Cannacci Baughman at (330) 629-6898. The deadline to make reservations is Nov. 20.

• North High School Class of 1980 is seeking classmates who are interested in planning a class reunion to be held in July 2008. Any classmate wishing to participate in the planning or to attend the event is asked to contact Brenda Ennis, (614) 670-5180.

• Struthers High School Class of 1954 will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Saturday at Denny’s Restaurant on Route 224, Boardman. All classmates and guests are welcome, and no reservations are needed.

• Youngstown Community School, 50 Essex St., Youngstown, will hold its annual graduates gathering at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. All YCS alumni are invited.
