Sicafuse is Poland village mayor

POLAND — Timothy Sicafuse, president of an insurance group, outdid two opponents to become the village’s next mayor.

Sicafuse, 40, garnered about 56 percent of the vote, according to unofficial vote totals from the Mahoning County Board of Elections. John Yerian III, 36, got 35 percent and Ralph Mentzer, 67, received 9 percent of the vote.
