Boardman rejects levy for services

BOARDMAN — Township voters rejected a 4.1 mill operating levy that aimed to maintain services. The levy failed with about 58 percent voting against it and 42 percent in favor. Township Administrator Jason Loree said that layoffs are likely but that the board of trustees will decide how to restructure services.
