Latest homicide victim identified

YOUNGSTOWN — The man shot to death around 6:30 p.m. Sunday at 2323 Ohio Avenue on the North Side has been identified as 19-year-old David Clinkscale of Parkcliff Avenue. A neighbor in an upstairs apartment heard gunfire. Clinkscale was found in the dining room, apparently shot in the back. The death remains under investigation.
