8-year-old Youngstown boy steals car , caught in Lordstown
YOUNGSTOWN — An 8-year-old Murray Avenue boy stole his parents car Sunday afternoon, hit a neighbor’s house and fled.
The boy, who police said is autistic, was found by the Ohio State Highway Patrol near Lordstown.
