Presidents’ Athletic Conf. Tournament
Westminster def. Thomas More 3-0 (30-17, 30-24, 30-26) — The Titans captured their first PAC volleyball title since 2002 by knocking off the defending conference champion Saints in three straight games. Leading the Westminster offensive attack was senior Jess Cooper (Laurel High), who posted a team-high 14 kills. Junior Traci Hassell (Hubbard) set up 32 assists in the victory, while senior Hannah Parker recorded a match-high 18 digs. For the Saints, freshman Lindsay Svec led all hitters with 15 kills. Senior Valeri Kuhn recorded 31 assists, while sophomore Kristine Rust posted 16 digs in defeat.
North Coast Athletic Conf. Tournament
Wittenberg dfef. Hiram College 3-0 (30-19, 30-20, 30-22) — Wittenberg is 34-0 and Hiram is 27-5. Wittenberg won its 11th NCAC Tournament Championship in the last 12 seasons and received an automatic bid to the Div. III national tournament.

SOCCER
Women
Westminster 1, Washington & Jefferson 1 — Westminster women won its fifth Presidents’ Athletic Conference Championships in the last six years, tying Washington & Jefferson, 1-1. The Titans earned the PAC title on a penalty-kick shootout, 3-2, after both teams were tied through two overtime periods.
The Titans (14-4-3) have now qualified for the NCAA Division III Tournament for the fifth time in six years.
Men
Washington & Jefferson 2, Thomas More 1 — The Presidents jumped out to an early 2-0 advantage, then held off a Saint squad to post their first PAC men’s soccer title since 2004 and third overall in the past five years.
