Warren house fire ruled accidental

WARREN—A house fire at 353 Parkman Road northwest Friday was determined to be an accident by officials. An occupant’s dog knocked the cigarette out of her hand and she couldn’t find the cigarette. The mattress caught on fire and the first floor of the house had heavy fire damage. No injuries were reported.
