Woman questions collection claim

YOUNGSTOWN — A 48-year-old Volney Road woman who went online to get a copy of her credit report discovered a collection agency is after her for $16,000 worth of music downloads (about $1 each), police said. The woman said she contacted police on Wednesday to file a theft report because she hasn’t been able to resolve the problem with the collection agency. She said she has no reason to download music.
