“To Die in Jerusalem” (9 p.m., HBO): The Israeli-Palestinian conflict gets a different focus in this documentary that spotlights two teen-age girls — one a Palestinian suicide bomber, one an Israeli student. In March 2002, Ayat al-Akhras wore a concealed bomb when she walked into a Jerusalem supermarket, detonating her weapon and killing 17-year-old Israeli Rachel Levy and a security guard. The program follows Levy’s mother, Avigail, who wants to meet the mother of her daughter’s killer. Four years after the incident, they meet via satellite video, and their confrontation underscores tensions on both sides of the conflict.
